Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can help the company grow by generating quality leads through multiple online portals.

Roles and Responsibilities :

– Generate leads via various channels like LinkedIn and Bidding Platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc.
– Build quality and competitive proposals.
– Interact with potential clients as per schedule and close deals.
– Maintain communication with clients through cold calling, emails, professional networking, etc.
– Constantly provide suggestions and improve lead generation by learning the latest trends.
– Create and approve new accounts on bidding platforms.
– Communicate client requirements with the team and discuss action plans.
– Manage time and organize workflow.

Requirements :

– Knowledge of bidding portals
– Excellent management and communication skills
– Fluency in written and spoken English

Supplemental Pay :

Performance based bonus.
